I'm giving this app 3 stars because initially it wasn't working correctly. I had placed order about 2 days ago. Was given a date of when I would receive the tickets on the app. Which is fine, the only issue was that it was not showing up in my order history. I finally decided to call customer service to confirm my order went through. Downside of it was that I was on hold for an hour, but the young lady who helped me, was able to sort it out and now I have the tickets in the app.

I purchased tickets to 2 events, great. I have the app and tickets. The huge issue now is I'm trying to buy tickets to 2 more events. The horrific AI help platform simply goes round in a circle. The email chain with guest services is frankly disappointing, the webpage is in a loop, creating errors at the payment screen, stopping purchase. I have everything up to date and cache cleared I've left 3 days between attempts. No fix, I remain unable to buy tickets. Avoid!

Terrible App, doesn't work at all, when you try to sign in, you get an error message. This app is needed to view your tickets to be shown at the venue to gain entry, but since you can't sign in, you can't view them. Worst ticketing app out there. Customer service is rubbish, & can't help with the issue. Have contacted Axs using the link, and still have the same issue, half of the time the chat service doesn't work anyway. Have spoken to cust services as requested by AXS, & still doesn't work.
