Literally the most pointless app! The point is so that everything is in the same place however none of either checking in or inputting passport details can be done in the app, you have to go through the carrier e.g easyJet, Ryanair etc. To make matters worse, when you think you're making progress the app let's you know on progress on check in, boarding pass, passport details etc however it neglects to tell you there'll be a delay to confirm. A poor experience. Go direct through carrier's direct

Booked a 12:55pm return flight. 2 weeks before flight I receive an email that I have been rescheduled onto a 07:05am flight. Obviously a much lower value and much more inconvenient flight. Upon calling customer support I'm told that my options are to cancel the flight (now, at such short notice there are very few flights available) or to pay £30 to reschedule the flight (which of course I can just so by rebooking myself) Avoid at all costs. P.s. yes this is relevant to the app.

App is good (kudos to the IT team) but the service in general is horrible. Checkins from the app will always fail and they change the email address that is sent to the airline for booking (they use randomly generated emails), so you cannot do online checkins on the airlines website. Calls to the support desk are either not answered or disconnected abruptly. Avoid it unless you really really need to save a few extra dollars. The headache is not worth it.
