I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. parked using a just park carpark. pay as leave it says. tried 4 times via app, payment wouldn't go thru. tried setting up account but couldn't get past the I agree section. tried reporting a bug, that just hung. tried emergency number only there between 8am and 8 pm mon to fri. absolutely useless. will call in the morning. once parking paid I will remove the app and NEVER use again!

Brilliant app, never had any issues booking a space in my little secret car park I have found. The only issue I encountered was the last time I went to park, my code didn't work for the gate, and, no one was answering the phone. 5 stars still, due to the ease of the app and the convenience in finding such an amazing car park.

The App designers have changed the layout making it overly convoluted to scam u out of more money than u need to pay. Until recently u were able to select the time that was needed up until midnight- the choice is now only 1, 2, 4 hours or 1 day, which charges u double the amount needed. Be aware that u are able further along to adjust ur time back to midnight to suit ur needs and save money- they're just hoping you miss the feature so they can charge you more. Pure greed.
