Zero stars. It is the most ineffective, inefficient service I've ever used. Download the app to collect the package, OK. App downloaded, package appears in delivery notification, but the app can't help me retrieve the package from the allocated box. Waste of time and energy. Waste of money too. Avoid this service.

when it works, it works, but when it doesn't work, it really doesn't work. if you ever need support for anything, trying to contact their support, which has to be done through this app, either doesn't work at all, or you have to wait multiple hours for them to just respond with "I dunno" and close the chat. why not just offer email support at that point.

Edit: It's been 2 years. Still can't verify with MitID Can't verify with MitID to sign up for Flex. Forces me to sign in, then says there's no internet connection, so I hit Try Again, sign in to MitID again and then get told I can't access it because there's another session in progress. I've tried to use MitID to log into other things and do not have this issue. No issue with internet connection on anything else. If I try to log in with email 2FA or Password, it pulls up a web page that 404s.
