The Calm Gut app is an evidence-based, audio toolkit designed for long-term relief from IBS symptoms. Combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), & mindfulness techniques, it helps ‘fix’ the miscommunication between your brain & gut.

This app has been a fantastic tool to help me to reduce my hypersensitivity and hypervigilance by helping me to understand why I have experienced these. Along with the guidance from a nutritionist, I have been able to reintroduce a wide range of healthy food. I can't recommend the app enough -it has so many useful programmes, hypnotherapy sessions, breathing techniques and relaxation advice. All the information is easy to understand and Jayne's voice is easy to listen to. Well worth subscribing.

I love this app, thank you Jayne! I've been using the hypnosis and affirmations, and can already feel a difference after just a few weeks. I find the variety of sessions perfect, and I've started to create different playlists depending on how what I want to focus on. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with IBS and anxiety.

I was sceptical at first. I am now 8 weeks into the app, and I can honestly say it is now beginning to make a difference to my symptoms. I also understand what is happening inside and am so much more prepared to cope with setbacks as I continue my journey to good health and happiness. I would recommend this app to anyone who truly wants to be free of symptoms that are preventing them from living life to the full. Jayne has the most comforting, powerful voice that you know you can trust.
