by far the worst app. more than half of the times, I can not even log in as there is an error. Buying a coin is a pain, having to answer a series of questions and then taking a series of quizzes before you are able to buy something. And, of course, withdrawing your money is not easier. There is a minimum limit on the amount that you can withdraw. You have to verify the account by depositing money first, etc. Revolut is way simpler and better.

I bought some crypto and tried to transfer to another wallet, but I did forget about another account that I opened a couple of years ago and it wasn't completely activated. Tried to get a link to change the password, but never received it, even though the email is correct. I have contacted support and after passing security checks, that are non existent by the way, I asked to delete the other account. Because it wasn't activated there was nothing in there 19 hours later I'm still waiting.

I would not recommend using this. Their practices are a scam the fees are ridiculous, and the app is designed to make you pay more fees. For example, they advertise low fees, but you are unable to set limit orders to sell crypto to CAD at lower fees and have to use higher quick trade rates. Also, their 'current market price' is always to their advantage. They supposedly have their own crypto 'app' exchange for each coin... yeah right. They just tweak the prices to their advantage.
