This app is fine for transferring payments, checking balance etc., however, contacting the '24 hour customer service' is dreadful. If you message, it's an autobot, an extremely limited autobot. As it can't answer your query, it says that 'a colleague' will be in touch. For that you have a very long wait, or in my case today, no person assisted at all. Customer service was previously quite good. On this occasion and one other recent occasion, however, absolutely appalling.

Very convenient and super easy to use. Security is good, really like added features such as notification when account drops below a certain amount, also whenever a transaction made. One app I'd be lost without. UPDATE Apr 2025. Personally I'm not keen on the new app. I don't find it as intuitive, and to me the pages seem cluttered. So reduced rating from 5⭐ to 3⭐

Really good, the only thing that's annoying, is when you go to pay flights on your phone for instance, you then need to navigate away from the website which you are paying, to get on to the banking app, to approve the payment, then hopefully you've not lost the website page of the booking! Best way to do it, is book on another device, and keep your phone free to approve the payment. Apart from that very good.
