I don't normally like to leave bad reviews but this has become so tedious. I have had an account with boohoo for a long time I had to uninstall the app and download it again as I was having problems with it once I had i couldn't remember my password. I sent an email to reset it but the email I got back doesn't even work I have tried so many times the past few months so I tried to contact them via the app itself it says you can do it through WhatsApp but they haven't even got a number

Having an absolute nightmare of a time trying to get logged in but out of 3 ways to contact them in the space of a week several times, all I get is ignored and no help at all as reset password isn't working for me. 😡😡😡 But still I get promotional emails and messages. If I ever get some help again, I may leave a better review. I bet if I was late with a payment I'd be bombarded with emails.

most frustrating thing about this app, is that it doesn't link the matching items l. so if you select a pair of joggers and there's a matching sweatshirt, it doesn't appear as a suggested extra to purchase. So you then have to go and troll through the sweatshirts area to find it, using filters to narrow down the search, which dont always help. literally every other store has this feature. could be a con to get you looking at more items, but either way it makes you more inclined to shop elsewhere
