I had a terrible experience with ARAMEX. A product that was supposed to arrive in 3 days, but after the expected delivery date passed, the tracking showed no updates. I called customer support, waited 30 minutes, and got a vague response. No buddy attending the call on customer service number... Shipping already arrived in my city for the 4 day.... But company didn't get time to deliver it... It was a frustrating, disappointing experience, and I’ll never use them again...

It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

I've tried putting multiple tracking numbers in at different stages of delivery, and it can never find my tracking information. The only way for me to see my tracking information is through the email they send to get tracking updates, this app is completely useless, I've gone through the reviews as far back as august 2024 and everyone is having the same issue among alot of other issues relating to doubling up on payments and incorrect shipping information, if your in Australia stick to auspost
