It seems to be 50/50 with delivery of items and refunds from the different stores. When it's good, it's exceptional, but when it's bad, it's ruddy frustrating, and a fight to get refunds. I also have no idea how to use the bonus discount system. Just when you think you have it working, they seem to change something. So flip a coin and take a chance. They do have some great items. Trouble is they may not arrive, and by the time you've got the refund, they're probably have run out of stock.

Stopped using Ali for years. I actually like that the vat is charged upfront now, it just works better, you don't have to deal with extra customs/royal mail charges like in the old days. The app works as it should I guess. The coins are still a waste of time- you spend hours building them up and then you get 17p off your next purchase but it is what it is. I like the tracking updates and they so far have been reliable.

Hesitant at first, now I know why. An item has been sent back to the sender, trying to explain this was like pulling teeth. I'm still unsure if I'm going to get the refund, more incoming items that will be returned, due to incorrect address (Ali). Luckily, it looks like the bank will be helpful, but once resolved, the app is GONE!
