I have two cars, each car has a tab. The app will not pair with either of the tabs. Now I can't drive my cars because the insurance may be invalid without an active tab. There is no way to reset the tab and phone. I have even reinstalled the app and that does not fix the problem. The permissions are all correct. Very disappointed and angry that I cannot use my cars, and customer support is only during office hours. What if there is an emergency and I need my car?

Hello, I am sorry to hear this. Part of this may be because you have 2 tabs, we can only record one. Can you please send us a message on Facebook or X, and we can get this looked into for you, and contact the team on your behalf. You can drive the vehicles without the tabs, but need to contact us before the cancellation date. Thanks Nicole

there is a problem with this app : every time I want to get into the "Payment" all I get is a completely blank screen and it doesn't go any further so I keep having to shut the app down completely and start again but I keep having to do that several times before I can actually get into the Payments I shouldn't have to keep doing that over and over again. could you fix that please ?

since downloading this app and fitting my tab into the car the app hasn't recorded a single trip despite having all of my permissions allowed, Bluetooth connected and battery life saver off it just says that there wasn't enough information. From the reviews this seems like a very common problem as well.
