I really don't like the latest update. Although including the daily standing charge in each days usage is not a bad thing, now it's really difficult to see the daily breakdown- it's all under my finger tip! If I adjust my finger to be able to see the breakdown then I can't see the date. Before you added all this extra info, a simple tap revealed the usage and the date.

Thanks Geraldine, we’ll continue testing how it displays on different screen sizes and make adjustments. For now you can tap and drag your finger to see the cost breakdown 🐙

App used to work really well. Now it crashes on opening. If it does somehow work, it crashes if I try to toggle the usage by day/week/month/year. It’s also stopped showing the price of electricity used. Even more annoying it has swapped the order of the import/export electricity usage charts, and doesn't make it clear which is which. The latest update has rendered it near enough useless. Not to mention the suggested DD not having changed in about a year, yet we added 2 electric cars.

Hi Hannah, that’s a lot to cover. Could you use this link to https://octo.ps/nudge so I can find your account and help you with everything? 🐙

Just signed up to Octopus seemed very easy, customer service were helpful when called on the phone. The only real issue I've had is inputting the meter readings on the app when tapping the date, i.e., "Today" it keeps defaulting to the first day I opened my account....only accepting one reading. How I'm ever supposed to keep Octopus updated with my new readings via the app I'll never know.

Hey Bob, it’s because the first time is a little different — there’s a five-day window before and after the switch when we just need one reading to compare with your previous supplier. You’ll be able to select the date after the first five days with us.
