I paid to remove ads, but they returned several updates ago. The developer has no interest in fixing the issue, and is seemingly just fixated on dreaming up new ways to serve up even more ads. They'll suggest emailing support...don't bother, it'll get you nowhere. I'm starting to wonder whether this was a calculated decision on their part. I'm also curious why a simple word game is taking up over a gigabyte of storage on my device! If you're a fan of endless repetitive ads, then this is perfect!

I love your game. I really do. I play it daily. But there are some major things to be fixed. 1. The red exclamation marks do not go away from the shop, profile and word run. 2. When I watch the advert to claim the free theme piece. There is no exit button. I have to close the entire game and reopen it. 3. Word link and Crossword do not appear on my home screen of the game. So there is no way for me to play it except on the first day when it says "take me there".

love the daily challenges. Dont like the ads. Hate the fact that in the last few months the ads that come on to get a reward often dont trigger the reward and have to be repeated. Also, in the last week, the app wont load getting stuck at 50%. Restarting the phone sometimes clears that, but not always so I lose my streak. Changing my phone also meant I lost my 2 year streak and had start anew. A few fixes needed.
