This app drives me mad sometimes. I lost so many games by disconnecting, despite having excellent 5g signal. I have never experienced such issues with lichess. You definitely have some bugs. I feel like I don't want to use this app anymore. So upsetting to lose a great gave by disconnect. ******* 2025 update. I hate this app so much. not only it disconnects all the time, but it also makes crazy premoves even when you dont touch the screen.

Paid £96 for premium, but can't play live games because of a bug. Tried everything to fix it, followed all instructions, but still can't play a live games on my up-to-date Android phone. The only support offered is a bot. It's impossible to contact a human. The support Email address, listed on Google Play, doesn't work. Can't get my money back. I'm hoping this 1* review will draw someone's attention.

Bots are still too strong... Or utterly bad. New update, same problem. But this time it's the 1350 bot. >95% accuracy, forces a small mistake and proceeds to win material. Then makes a ''mistake'' giving back some material but less so the average is right. Also sure he made a bad move. But I had to play 5 perfect moves to even gain any advantage (I'm human BTW). It's like playing against a way stronger player who will give back material just so he doesn't feel bad about winning.
