Why doesn't this app load anymore? When it works this app is fantastic, but since it had an update I can't even open it half the time. I have also recently been having a lot of feedback from my customers that they are having trouble paying their invoices via card, so perhaps the issue is PayPal as a whole and not just this app. Updates and improvements, such as adding AI features are pointless if the app won't even open or perform basic functions.

A couple months ago, after logging in, the app seems to have completely stopped functioning. I get to the main screen, the balance constantly has a loading circle and I ca not click on anything else. Cannot send, cannot create invoices, nothing. I need to use a browser for sending business invoices but the browser has its own issue and does not recall any saved info or names I use for reoccurring clients so I need to continuously ask for info again.

UPDATED REVIEW Looks like the issue has been resolved - is back to working perfectly. Perhaps a little too many ID checks but then you can't complain about security. PREVIOUS REVIEW Had to delete as old app became unstable. Tried to reinstall and it sends you a security code but after you enter it, while it's processing, it sends you a second. I would say avoid but you can't download it anyway, so don't waste time trying using the website instead.
