Download the app and start scanning. It’s that simple. Across the store and online, you’ll find lots of ways to build your own Asda Rewards Cashpot. App is easy and simple to use. Discounts and offers/milestones aren't as good as when it first launched. (used to get £5 milestones), but still rewarding. Only issue I have is the consistency with the scan and play promos, on more then one occasion I have scanned (and made sure it's shown up on the self checkouts), payed and left, for the promo pop up not to show and offer a prize which is frustrating.

This app went downhill fast... I used to have an incentive to shop at ASDA due to the amount of missions and challenges that were within the app. At first, it worked well, it was even causing competition for customers against other stores like Morrisons and Tesco. Over time the missions stopped changing, the challenges dried up and other than very few select offers, the app basically became an empty shell of itself. I used to encourage others to use Rewards but now I tell them don't use it.

Not great. Unfortunately the price hikes overule any rewards receipted. I.e. if I buy our standard 'go to' products they have increased over 100% in price in months. The rewards app constantly just gives you £60p rewards when the price increases within a matter of months (sometimes just a couple weeks) equate to far more than that. It's not really an incentive at all unfortunately.
