The products I've received so far appear to be well made and good value. But I'm finding the whole banggood system of rewards and discounts, and constant marketing, confusing and slightly annoying. The poor English used for both item descriptions and instructions for using the website adds another layer of confusion (or exciting uncertainty, if you want to put a more positive spin on it).

Way too many push notifications and emails. Unable to remove items from basket. Confusing coupons. From finding the item you are interested in the price changes to almost double. Example Xiaomi Drawing board. £11.XX and by the time you get to the payment £18.XX. And some of the items you can get "locally" for the same or cheaper price. Pop up message "If you get charged for custom tax contact them" is just sounds dodgy.

DO NOT USE! IT'S A CON! Having ordered an item and paid a hefty amount for express shipping, they delivered my item to the wrong COUNTRY! All I get from customer service is "check your local post office" and "the item has been delivered". Customer service just running me around in circles and not doing anything to resolve the issue, will not refund me the delivery fee or replace the item. It's a con, spend your hard earned somewhere else!
