so many glitches and errors with signing into the app. never had a problem until recently. Anytime i would sign in, there was a glitch where there would be an endless cycle of going through authentication. I then updated the app, and now it shows a blank screen on the events page, so now I can't view any tickets. please help, I have a few concerts coming up, and I can only access the tickets through the app.

absolutely appalling app For having no choice but to use this app to buy tickets for most events I keep getting a lot of error messages even when I have my VPN switched off. The latest error coming up is when I'm searching for artists it's coming up unusual activity in this account even when I'm not even logged into my account. This app needs serious work. I never have these problems with smaller ticket site apps. To think it was more handier 30 years ago to purchase a ticket over the counter

Absolutely awful app. After having to reset my password after the saved one wasn't recognised, I eventually changed it by logging onto a separate computer. The app refreshed every time I went to my email on my phone, hence the need to do this. After the password reset the app kept looping, so I still can't access my account. I've now uninstalled and downloaded the useless piece of software again. All this to check if tickets for a future event are available so I can put them in Google wallet.
