When I install the app, the first thing it says is 'choose your streaming service'. And it says Spotify, which is all ok. I have Spotify, with a premium account. But, when I click on the label saying Spotify on Swipefy, it says error then a bunch of other stuff in code. My dad said that it was a problem with the app after reading the code or whatever it was. Any advice on why this Is? Would be a good app, it's just I can't use it.

New: a fix was sent out within a timely manner and I'm now able to enjoy the app! I would say the only thing that's missing is profiles for the "Based on 5 artists" feature. I'd like to quickly be able to swap the 5 artists out with a new set without losing the original 5 artists I chose. This would earn the last star!! Old review: I just get an error when trying to log in to Spotify through Swipefy, meaning I can't even create an account on this app.

I may be wrong but I don't think anything came up letting me know my data from my account was erased, I deleted my original review because I found something through the app explaining what happened. I do understand but still a bit frustrating that I've lost all my old swipes (also for some reason my liked spotify songs are on my swipes?). skip is not an option anymore which is annoying too since I don't want to dislike every track I don't wanna like, it's going to mess up my algorithm.

Hey, Im sorry to hear that :( It was a big decision to get rid of the old swipes. Unfortunately the old app had so many issues (especially with the catalog and tracks/artists) that this was the only way to fully save the app. You can enable Skips as it's now an opt in feature in the settings at layout & content! ^Sjoerd
