Impossible to log in. The app says "You are logging in from an unknown device/IP address. A verification link has been sent to your email address" I click the link in the message and the cycle repeats... I have confirmed the new login 4 times so far. Does not work with password manager. Update: now they force you to give them your precise location.

I have been using this platform for long time and I never face any issue but last 7 days has been a nightmare for me. as I tried to sell my giftcard and no peer was found multiple times. that lead me th cancelling those transactions multiple times.

Lots of issues. First, there is no way it's a 4.8 when you see the massive amount of 1-3 star reviews. Second, the so-called "Help team" is nonexistent, it is a straight-up AI generated response every time. Third, the verification process is an absolute nightmare, it keeps failing and no help from the devs (see second issue). Fourth, just reading the 5 star reviews show they are scripted by the devs or AI. Fifth and final, there are numerous reviews about money disappearing with no resolution.
