I've been playing this game for over 2 years and I was loving it, even though I was spending a lot of money in the game. But this year, any time I have an issue and try to contact support, I'm ignored. Now, with the recent update, I can't watch the dumb ads to speed up whatever I'm doing in the game. I've tried everything from restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and troubleshooting the app. Nothing works. My clan doesn't have this issue. It's just me. Disappointing!!!

It's fun and addictive but the amount of money the game wants you to spend on it weighs you down after a while, a subscription service with multiple tiers, 5 buildings with large boosts to rent with real money, a season pass AND microtransactions is far too money hungry. Some of them are things that should just be basic features too locked behind it. Needs a warning on spending gems too when they so hard to get without paying. Couple this all with bugs and it's not worth spending time on.

Bored. It starts good but to upgrade your warehouses to take the stuff you have after doing the levels is expensive, as if you want to progress you either have to buy the amulets needed , the first amulet is like gold dust but its needed to up grade in order to get the goods you need, or you hope they drop. I currently am stuck with full warehouses, and stuff to collect in the game. Limbo. Could be a good game if the required upgradecbitscwere not so expensive or hard to get if you free play
