This is a good game, but the only problem i have , is i hate the ads, so i brought a subscription so i would not get them after every level, but it seems even though im paying £14 a month, im getting even more ads when i have to replay a level, please can you sort this issue out!! Other then that Great game and lovely boosters!

Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, watching ads will give you extra moves and other rewards to pass more levels easier, it is necessary while no energy left. We will try our best to make it less annoying in the future. And currently you can subscribe VIP to hide ads. Keep playing this match 3 games and have fun:)

I really loved playing this game, but it has way too many ads. I understand that running ads helps pay the bills, but one pops up after each game you play and then if you need these little treats they offer to help with the next game you have to watch an ad and if you to revive the game 5 moves you watch another ad. I un-installed it. I hated to, but I was watching more ads than playing.

I tried to find out if the "ad-free" option was able to be purchased without the monthly subscription fee (as I am on a fixed-disability-income). I tried to e-mail the devs through the "support" tab within the game. However, the e-mail would not go through, so I am left with the only option to give a one star review. It's a shame as the game has so far been fun. Unfortunately, lack of ability to contact the devs is a red flag, and an automatic uninstall. Thanks anyway!
