I don't recommend this. when I get notification that someone is there, I go look, then it takes forever to load then said "something went wrong. tap to try again." I do that, and it won't work. On days I check randomly, it won't load the live feed. The purpose of this app and item is to see and respond right away. yes, it records and it follows moving people or cars, but what's the point of getting it when I can't see and respond right away.

I have 4 lorex wifi cameras. I used to recommend your cameras to everyone. but this app is going downhill. playback works less than half the time, if it sends me a motion notification, it wont let me watch the live feed. which is not great when it's a doorbell notification. it's not my internet connection I can tell you that. please update the app.

App is pretty buggy. Biggest issue for me is I have notifications for some of my cameras set ALL OFF, yet I still get a notification that it is "offline" (this is a wifi camera, it goes offline when it goes to standby everytime I exit the app). Why do I get these notification still when they are OFF in the app? Another issues I have is motion detect area, it's worthless. I have sensitivity set to 1, no one tiny zone selected, yet still notifies of detected people and vehicles!! Needs major fix
