Sound is top notch! I have faced a problem.. Transparency mode in not working properly!! Some time it works good and Some time it's going to adaptive mode!! Please fix it with a update!! noice cancelation mode also not working properly.. it's continuing fluctuate to noice cancelation to transparent mode

Worst purchase I've ever made. The earbuds are so glitchy. Two mins into a song, randomly one of the earbuds just gets disconnected. Opening the app crashes the earbuds and gets them disconnected. Not one day goes by without having to reset the earbuds.

why does audio quality drop dramatically when I use the earphones to actually talk? and sometimes it stays that way afterwards, please work on an improvement to the codec, so that audio quality won't be affected when using a microphone
