Bought this for the real time monitoring as well as the historical graphs that we had seen online. However none of that seems to be available in the app anymore. You get the simplest historical records with no useful detail, the settings available to control alarms and other factors are minimal and the sensitivity is rather poor. Right now am disappointed with the purchase.

Updating my review to reflect some disinterest in the UI update. If I could go back to the older UI, I would. this one is much bulkier, IMO. I find it difficult to read, and I'm unhappy they no longer display the picture! I wish there was a setting to have the old UI. Very disappointed in this. Original review: This device has helped my anxiety so much. I feel much better knowing I can monitor my little one from the comfort of my own bed ♡

Half of the features don't work. on android 13 and customer support casually says we need latest version like most apps in the play store. even the simple share function doesn't work and to save clips, we need to buy a new phone apparently. save your money for a different more competent app. camera feed takes ages to load on 100mbps local connection. can't save the clips. The sock needs to be changed every 8 hours! lots of false notifications. in short, useless piece of overpriced tech
