The app is great when it works, however since switching to a new phone it refuses to access the internet. There are no error messages, no timeouts, anything that should pull data from the web simply comes back empty; in fact, the only thing that works is the "need help?" screen, presumably because that embeds the web browser. Only this app behaves like this and I have no clue why? Will update the rating to the 5 stars the app otherwise deserves as soon as this issue is fixed ...

The app works OK aside from the fact that I can't complete the process to adjust my booking at all, it just gives me a blank screen after putting my bank details for seat changes etc. One other thing I think is missing is the ability to provide feedback on the particular trip you have taken.

Nightmare to book, as soon as you go from the app to bank app to verify payment you have to start all over again. Installed on my tablet and price was higher as not using my Turkish sim, and seat booking fee was higher. Went back to mobile phone, couldn't get otp to Turkish number. Set dual sim to uk number and whole palaver began again, lost all info and had to start again. Gave up, re registeredpaid via uk details in the end and didnt pay to book a seat, but overall still cost a bit more.
