I was very disappointed with my experience using the My Aster app. The promised delivery time was completely inaccurate — instead of 60 minutes, it's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service three times and received the same generic response each time, but no action was taken. Both the delivery service and customer support have proven to be unreliable. I will definitely not recommend this app to any of my friends due to this very bad experience

Friends recommended the company. App is easy enough to use. Reasonably priced products as well. Just a minor issue with the fact that, despite being able to deliver anywhere in the UAE, they can't correct a simple delivery address issue. Now I gotta have that order cancelled and wait for the money to be refunded. This just wastes more time when all that needed to happen was a simple change to the address which will resolve the issue in just a few hours.

Terrible app experience. It's consistently slow and keeps asking me to re-enter personal information every time I open it. Adding family members is frustrating and not user-friendly. Searching for doctors and booking appointments is even worse—it's confusing, time-consuming, and the available time slots often fail to load. The app frequently hangs, making the whole process incredibly frustrating.
