I wish I could add 0 stars. Oasis used to be just fine. After they got bought, it's been absolutely terrible. Had multiple issues with the app itself, the delivery, and the annual subscription I had was no longer valid and purchased again (complete waste of money since I had issues with delivery every single time). Terrible customer service. The final amount does not add up. You cannot save favourites, discount codes don't work. It's such a shame. Will not be purchasing any items ever again.

The app is now rubbish. Today, the items won't even load! Please give us the old app back! There is no longer an option to "favourite" an item which means you have to put everything in your cart that you like and then delete anything you don't want to buy at checkout. Because you can't save anything for later you then have to scroll through hundreds of items to find them again. A "favourites" or wish list is a very basic feature of an app. Why has it been removed?

Terrible app, zero customer service. Was sent a wrong order after paying for next day delivery. Ridiculous that they still charge for returns after charging £6 delivery for a large order of over £250. Anyway, still checked to confirm that there will be no refund charges. But guess what, been charged an extra £2 for returns. And is there a way to contact them other than FB messenger and Twitter? No. Have to wait for days. Which company has no live chat or call centres.. ridiculous.
