Very limited data available, and I'm not convinced it's accurate. For example it says I have no mask leaks when I know for a fact I've had several because they've woken me up! Poor (no) communication from customer service when emailed for support. It's a shame, as their competitor Resmed have an excellent app so it's clearly possible. However, it does accurately tell me how long I've used the machine each night, and I can control said machine from my phone, which is useful.

It tells you the 'very' basic information with no way of getting more detail. Their program that does provide more detail (prismaTS) has been removed by them. Because there is no Bluetooth in their permium machine (20A) and only OTA data transfer .. which has to go to them first and then back to you .. the app is very often behind a day. The machine itself is good, but accessing and sharing your data is pathetic.

The handling of therapy apparatuses is pathetic: I commute between 2 addresses. For practical have one apparatus at each place. Every time I move from one to the other address, I have to reconnect to the local device. Believe or not, the app requires a pairing from scratch. While the "new" SN matches an existing one, it invariably adds a new apparatus to the list. So, after a couple of trips, I have a whole row of apparatus, though only 2 exist, simply because there is no way to delete them.
