Today it randomly started blocking anything in any app that pops up in front of the rest of the screen. So like 80% of app menus, causing the apps to force close. Please let us turn off blocking we don't want! Appreciate the warning when unblocking could open up ways to get around the app. But let parents choose to accept that risk. Especially when the blocking makes 80% of apps unusable. If it makes the device unusable then you end up with no blocking which is a much bigger security threat.

The app ok. Mainly for location of my kids but they can turn off their location on the phone and can choose to turn it on whenever or not. It doesn't block your child from using their at night even you have set restriction times. It's a auto renew subscription, they don't tell you that the renewal date is coming up. You have to try to remember when you signed up to it. Instructions of cancelling the subscription, straight forward 🤔. But how do I know it's really cancelled. No confirmation.

Been using the app for over a year now with two computers and a Samsung phone. The app works great on the pc and locks out, but is almost pointless on the phone. The app fails to record time used for days a time, only logs partial usage when working at best. Once this year is up I will be looking for alternative solutions. Email support is spotty at best and new "features" touted by the company are pointless if the basic functionality is non existent. To much micromanagement is required
