It's a shame. The game was great until this latest update. Something happened to the balancing as I can suddenly rarely get past the first few waves without dying and triggering an ad prompt. And you have to spend coin on hardcore levels now? Ugh. Sorry, but it was good while it lasted.

I like the units and grid but the only thing I don't like is that if you shut off your phone or close the app, your progress on that stage clears and you have to restart and lose that energy you've used and any other resources you could've gotten when finished. A few other apps I know have this mechanic and it's very useful even though it's small.

Pretty solid game overall. You don't need to spend money to progress, which is nice. But collecting coins is kinda slow, and the upgrade prices feel a bit high—would be awesome if those could be lowered. Also, if you switch devices, you have to start all over again. Hope that gets fixed soon! 🤠
