been trying for more than an hr to submit a claim. tried on the phone, on the laptop... the website keeps on giving me errors. the app on the phone keeps on crashing or tells me the otp is not correct, although it is. so frustrating and time consuming/wasting...

I am unable to sign up for the app; every time, it shows my Emirates ID is incorrect, even when I add the correct Emirates ID number.😡😡

My reviews for the app not for insurance company.. The app is useful as i can check my status and all members under my name as id number and benefits. Search for network is good and I can see what coverage with details for what i need and navigate to the location. One thing i need to see it in application as they already add location for all of there support networks i just wana see Google map and all network in the map so i can see what near me
