Absolutely awful app. It never loads properly, or it won't load at all. It's worse that the telephone helpline keeps telling me to use the app to sort out the recurring problem I keep getting with my bundle. But I can't access it, and even when I change search engine it loads bugvthen the drop down options don't work. I wouldnt recommend ASDA mobile at all.

Absolutely useless. The info given does not relate to amy actual usage (data, calls or text) and does not refresh at the start of each new month. About as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Updates and then needs password again. If I could give it a minus score then I would as it does not even merit one star. Will save space by uninstalling.

Initially I couldn't easily log on (payg rolling) as it wouldn't let me log into the first screen, I had to go to sign in for contract then go back and log into account. I contacted customer service. They suggested deleting. I did, it still wouldn't log in using my id, but using my phone number it allowed me! I would have given higher if worked first time and the app actually broke down my data and phone use so I could see who I'd phoned.
