Absolutely abysmal. 90% of the time, whatever you try to buy - no matter what it is or what option you choose, be it delivery or pick up, as soon as you try to checkout, you get a "sorry, there's been an error, please try again later." This has been consistent over at least 16 months as I've had the app since Christmas 2020, there's been multiple updates, yet the same issue persists. I'll no longer shop with Argos again after today and I'm cancelling my card with them. So unreliable.

The man with Inflatable knees
Staggeringly poor from a major retailer. This has had issues for a long long time and still hasn't been fixed. The issues in just trying to reserve something for collection or delivery have meant we have bought items from different companies on several occasions over the years. I thought I would give it another try and it STILL hasn't been fixed. The reason other companies do so well are because their apps actually work!!!!!! Finally deleted.

Don't bother with the app, stick with the website because there is always a fault. Problems: can't add something to the basket, can't check whether a product is available for delivery, inaccurate stock info saying something is available when it wasn't, can't choose a delivery date and can't check out. These have been over a period of 6 months so I have given plenty of time for issues to be fixed. Sometimes I chose to use a different retailer because I got so fed up with the app.
