I had a Galaxy S20 Ultra, turned it off at a funeral, when I turned it on again the screen was blank white, I was told £200 to replace the screen with no warrenty. l thought replace with the same with a Backmarket refurb was best with a warranty. I believed the refurbished phone would be exactly the same but its Not, some good features are missing and some other added features are annoying. Sometimes while texting a screen appears that says "Notification Options", I have to back out to home to

Wonderful concept, I ordered three phones and were scheduled to be delivered after weekend, but was delivered the second day within the space of 24hrs. Good business, great concept, good conditioned and very clean products. It's a renewed hope for whoever is looking for higher version, quality products, good performance with little money. I recommend Back Market to everyone at all times.

Excellent company funneling used devices to the masses. The only reason I marked down by 1* was the frustration of ordering the wrong phone, not realising until 1 day later & being unable to talk to anyone, either by phone, email or txt due to the way this is structured. Everything is setu to be human free, which works, until there's a problem when you would like to talk to someone, which you can't, if you can deal with this, this is an excellent way to buy a used phone or device so 5* for that.
