I had an All for One voucher to use but couldn't use it for everything in my basket because my basket had more than the value of the card. It was really annoying and such a shame there isn't a function where you can use the gift card and then have the option to pay the remaining balance by an alternative method. I'm now going to have to place two orders and incur a delivery charge where this could have been avoided if there was the function as mentioned above.

UX needs some improvement. In the cart, the 'swipe to remove' feature needs its sensitivity reduced by half. Because whenever I try to scroll up or down, it accidentally registers a swipe 50% of the time. And when I click on 'Undo' immediately, the removed item comes back to the cart but at the bottom and not at the same position. This also needs to be addressed for a seamless user experience.

I usually enjoy browsing this app, but recently, it hasn't been working properly. It keeps repeating the same 8 or so items over and over. When I scroll down, it's the same items just being repeated, so frustrating! I've deleted/reinstalled it, but still the same issues. Probably better off browsing on the H&M website as opposed to the app, but you get better offers on the app.
