do not recommend buy infinix phones. they lock phone when travel other country. without working phone became handicap. cannot do any thing. service of carl Care is bad. after submit unlock request and get reply email for request submit still call center refusing. they say did not get unlock request worst call center service. stuck in other country without mobile. 🙁😞

poor service and the most unhelpful cellphone service center ever exist... I have bought a defect item (Tecno camon 40 pro) but after 2 days the device is unable to be charged. then the customer service at Honggowongso branch mentioned "usually it's caused by the subort etc etc" WITHOUT CHECKING THE DEVICE OUT...Like how could you possibly judge something that you cannot see? even a doctor needs to ask the patient or do some thorough checking towards the patient?!!

Avoid Carlcare – Poor Service and No Guarantee on Parts I took my phones for repair at Carlcare and was charged for parts, including a ₹280 repair for a TECNO phone under warranty and ₹350 for an Itel phone. The issue returned, and they customer misdamage again. They never informed me there was no guarantee on parts, even USB cables. Their customer support was dismissive and refused responsibility. Carlcare uses faulty parts, offers no transparency, and provides terrible service. Avoid them
