My QuitBuddy was updated in late May 2025 to provide a new user experience and support even more people in their quitting journey.
- If you are having issues opening My QuitBuddy (e.g., seeing a blank screen), please ensure that you update to the most recent version.
- If you are unable to proceed through the app, please check your text size settings, as some people are having issues when using larger text sizes.
- If you are experiencing issues with your quit date and/or quit progress tracking, please select ‘Already Started’ when the app asks when you quit. Then enter your original quit date (and other details like costs) so the app can calculate how long it has been since you quit, and your progress.
- If you have already selected a different quit date, re-install the app so you can fill out your original details. Please note that reinstalling the app will delete any stored data such as journal entries or motivations. For privacy purposes, My QuitBuddy is not able to adjust or recover lost data.
