I wish I could review the contents of the app, but I can't get past the loading screen. I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, clearing cache/storage, on wifi, on cell network, phone is up to date with patches. Not really sure what more there is to try.

It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

the app doesn't work when you are staying at breathless Montego bay, you can't order tray collection, you can't request help with your room , you can't order more towels or anything it's absolutely trash all the other hotels on the app work except this one.
