such a clunky app, and now I get 5mins of adds everytime I pause it, 5mins of adds in you wanna go back 20secs and catch what they said. go check an email and adds again, then it restarts the movie, so you try and skip ahead, adds again, wrong time more adds. this has to be the most frustrating app to use

I've already paid for the ticket – why do I have to watch ads to access the entertainment? Instead of using the app to provide a better service, it's being used to generate income through ads. Given the app's rating, it seems to be damaging Qantas' reputation more than improving customer service.

Not sure if app iasues or Qantas restricting the app - works intermittently on flights. Edited 04/06/25 - App does not work - Opened a seperate browser and now able to access QEntertainment - all others complaining should try this.
