Download the app and start scanning. It’s that simple. Across the store and online, you’ll find lots of ways to build your own Asda Rewards Cashpot. You can also use your app to check out how you’re progressing towards completing Missions and see when your favourite products are available as Star Products.

Not great. Unfortunately the price hikes overule any rewards receipted. I.e. if I buy our standard 'go to' products they have increased over 100% in price in months. The rewards app constantly just gives you £60p rewards when the price increases within a matter of months (sometimes just a couple weeks) equate to far more than that. It's not really an incentive at all unfortunately.

The most annoying thing about this app is that sometimes I'll open it and immediately point the screen at the scanner in Asda, but it won't scan... because it's popped up a "your points balance is growing" screen over the barcode. Please make it so you can just quickly open the app and scan the barcode without having to cancel the "points balance" screen.

Scan to win doesn't work and hasn't worked for the whole time the "promotion" has been running. I've qualified for it at least 10 times through December and have no doubt lost out on multiple rewards. Asda know about this and seem to have done nothing about it. Useless. The app and associated reward programme is so unreliable that we've started shopping in other supermarkets again for the first time in years.
