unfortunately, I subscribed before I didn't know how people unfriendly this app was. I went by the original rating score. I tried to start my fasting journey at 12 hours and build up, but that wasn't an option to do. when I tried to edit, the app went ridiculous and wouldn't let me do 12 hr fast, but it would let me 1 hr fast! A waste of my money. I wouldn't bother as it was too complicated to work to my daily fasting needs.

The app is very good and helpful, especially for beginners. Of course, there's room for improvement. It would be great if each new week could consider the previous week's fasting timeframes and trends (especially the last day of each week). Additionally, when you end a week, you should be able to add the metrics at any point after you end the week, not just when you end one week and start another. The paid version could also offer more advanced features to make it worth the upgrade.

I could do it on my own, but a timer helps to keep the game rolling, motivating me to keep control. I like that it has lots of questions and answers about Intermittent Fasting and that it let's you change it to your convenience. I already have an understanding of the process, but if you don't, it's your job to research and be a specialist on yourself, then apply what you've learn with the help of the app. Thank you guys
