This is the only game I play, I love it. Sadly when I had to reinstall it onto my new phone, I lost all my special characters, I had earned both Elsa's and Anna's costumes and even though I reinstalled the game 3 times I can't get them back without paying! So not happy, and I refuse after the years I've played this to pay to get them back, no response to the email I sent when it first occurred! Still hooked but it would be great to have them back after the effort I put into getting them.

Great game, can be difficult at times which is what you want in a game. I would like to see more areas open to build on, there are alot of items and not enough space to place everything... so alot remains stored When you do special item events, to collect a special group of items. When the event finished it would be nice if there was a way to buy what you did not manager to buy with the tickets, so you can complete your collection

We are so disappointed in this game. I originally paid for this game, back in 2013 or 2014, for my disabled daughter. She was in Frozen heaven, and it was a great way to get some vision therapy in. Over the past year, it has become so difficult, she has abandoned it. After all these years, she should be good at it. But you can't actually win most of the levels without buying lives/power ups/etc. We understand that developers need to make money, but we can't afford it.
