I just got my Hume Body Pod and I'm so disappointed with this app. It keeps forgetting my personal data and ask me to re-enter them. It also keeps forgetting the connection with the scales on a regular basis. This was a review from Dec 2024 to which Hume replied "Our team would like to investigate these issues further and work towards a solution as soon as possible." After 4 months they still have the same issues with the app. So I guess they are incapable of solving their app issues.

Same as many other reviews. would have thought Blutooth wouldn't be an issue on the Bodypod 2 but definitely is. Concept is great but not if you have to spend over an hour trying to get it to connect when you need to use it. Only managed to pair once, only for it to fail on taking measurements 4 times before finally going through. Next time I went to use it, it had gone back to pairing screen and won't connect. More hassle than it's worth if they aren't going to do anything to sort it out.

App is completely unusable. Confirming my email address took about 5 attempts despite entering the correct code each time. When it eventually seemed to accept my code, all I got was a perpetual 'loading' circle in the middle of the screen with an occasional error message of 'whoops' without any detail what that meant. Tried a different email address and got further into the process but it now won't connect to my scales. Very disappointing. Come on guys, at least the old app actually worked!
