I previously played this game 2+ years ago and after not playing for 1+ years, I decided to ultimately return to this amazing game. However, I lost my progress due to not saving my account to cloud backup, which was very unfortunate and is still painful 😞. This also made me less motivated to restart on a new account, but after contacting customer support on Discord, I got compensated with 25k gold, 100 gems and some cosmetics to restart my journey. Great customer service! 👍

Used to play this on my old phone and really enjoyed it, for some reason it is not supported on my new phone. Bought the new version available for Switch, which started out as great as I remember, but as I've progressed, it's become unplayable, freezing, force closing, and endless glitches. Which is a real shame and very aggravating. Especially for a game costing over £20!

Hey, not very far in the game and the actual gameplay is great! However, it keeps crashing and the task it was showing me keeps disappearing. When I open it back up, I am met with the game asking me to choose between local or cloud data, the cloud data having 0 progress and from the minute it crashed. I will restart and see how it goes
