My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

The app is very glitchy and difficult to search easily as it is very slow and often unresponsive. It also constantly asks you if you want to carry on searching when you're in the middle of looking at a holiday! It's very frustrating as the website is easy to use but obviously jet2 want you to use the app. Please sort it out!

I downloaded this app a few days ago after booking a flight, and it keeps crashing. I've tried reinstalling it, clearing the cache, using WiFi, using data, force stopping it, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. just the constant 3 dots flashing in a pattern, unable to access our booking. The website isn't much better either using an android phone. tried booking the flights using my phone only for the same annoying pop-up for discounts via email, had to use a laptop which worked OK in the end
