False marketing around set up times. Not as easy as made out to set up account. Lot's of repeated document sending, terrible communication between Neo-biz internal teams. App is full of bugs, transactions have issues going through intermittently. Relationship managers have so many accounts they can't give you a good service. No manager/escalation contact given despite repeated requests.

Worst bank. Don't open account with them. Transactions gets lost. Terrible internal communications. Extremely bad customer support and relation manager. The app is the wost of all bad apps in the world. Can't even cancel my bank account, requested many times.. they just need the monthly fees. Management doesn't listen to anything. Everyone just idle and scared of taking actions. I can imagine worst work environment on earth. The app keeps crashing and copy & paste security thing is a joke.

I have been using Neobiz for 2 years now. The services are good. Everything had been going well. But they will raise their hands once you have a tech issue. Their explanation for my tech issue is, "Sir, we dont see any issue on our system. So we can't help you. " What kind of customer service is this? If your team is not good enough to see the issue, does it mean that you won't help your customer?
