App doesn't load 90% of the time. Stays on the white page with the M and even after closing the app down and opening it again, it still doesn't load. Forcing a close doesn't work either. Then when you uninstall the app and try logging in, it doesn't work either. Also finding that there are no couriers available on the app so I have to switch to pickup if I want anything, however, I can go onto just eat and they're able to send out a delivery. But then if you do that, you're losing out on points.

Worst app ever. It's overcharged me multiple times, the UI is abysmally poor (laggy and unclickable back buttons) and you can get all the way to paying and it just pops up with "item unavailable." Even though nothing is showing as unavailable and it works just fine on the order terminal in restaurant. Manager tells me it says "connection unavailable" on the machine, even when they have my phone in hand. This happens most times I use the app. Infuriating customer experience. Truly awful.

Hopeless, useless, stupid, pointless waste of time. Navigation buttons do not work and it loses your order every time you go from one section to another. Then just when you find a way to circumvent these issues, the app freezes and loses your order. The issue is the same on my wife's iphone so it isn't just Android. It's like they don't want you to order. Been like this for months too.
