I don't know what you did, the app was ok before, at least if worked as expected. Now booking is an experience from hell. It shows slots that are not really available which is by far the worst problem. This happens in web too. Before you could book 2 treatments at once now i had to book in separate days. It won't refresh the ui state, i cancelled a booking and had to reopen the app for this to reflect the ui. Terrible.

There are a lot of bugs. Sometimes it didn't show my treatments and booking, but I instead it says I have to purchase. My treatments are lost that I paid for a lot of money. Currently the app doesn't even work.

Not reflective on Therapie Clinic but the App is Terrible... sack the developers. Does not tell you how many sessions you have remaining in a course. Rescheduling is difficult. Appointments haven't taken place due to lockdown and the sessions have just disappeared from my allowance. I've had to email and call multiple times. No cancellation alert... Poor..
