Audio is very pleasant and relaxing, but unfortunately the app is very unreliable. frequently crashes or closes down behind the scenes despite being excluded from battery optimization which means the alarm feature cannot be relied on at all as it works less than half the time due to the app closing itself which is a shame.

The app lacks the ability to set a Bluetooth pin on their paired devices. And their devices default to open pairing too easily and frequently. This means that anyone wanting to mess with you can do so with little effort. This is security 101 and it's shocking that devs can't get something this basic right.

9GB of data usage in a month!?? I was going to write a great review, since the app works great (perhaps only the wake-up sounds could be made customisable) but I bought an extra 5GB of data last night while abroad and in the morning it was all gone. Upon investigation I discovered that Soundcore used it all up! Outrageous!!! All in the foreground too. What exactly are you transmitting there my friends, the microphone feed? No thank you!
